The secondary market allows investors to sell shares of syndicated commercial real estate to other investors. This allows for new investment strategies, as investors can buy into deals anywhere from initial funding to cash flow.

Fluent has access to more investors than individual developers. Join our platform to get connected with our network of highly engaged investors to raise more funds than before. Unlike other platforms, Fluent does not charge for the equity raised from our network.
Assets launched on the Fluent platform are liquid to buy and sell as the investor is ready. Investors no longer have to wait until the deal is completed to cash out; they can instead sell their shares to another investor. A 2% commission on the transaction of assets (split evenly between the developer and our platform) will provide an additional source of revenue to the developer.
Fluent is simplifying developers’ communications to make interacting with investors easier. With better communication, more investors can buy-in to syndicated deals at lower minimum investments. Through our platform, developers can push out property updates from one location to all participating investors. To reduce unnecessary back-and-forth for common questions, each deal will have a searchable FAQ.
